1. About Us
Wolds Canine Therapy Academy offers flexible, evidence-based canine massage and wellbeing courses for dog owners. Our courses are delivered online and designed to help you better understand your dog’s body, movement, behaviour, comfort, and everyday care.
All courses are created by experienced canine professionals and reviewed regularly for accuracy and relevance.
2. Course Enrolment and Access
Enrolment is open to individuals who wish to learn more about supporting their own dog’s wellbeing.
Access to course content is granted on a per-user basis and must not be shared.
Course materials remain available for the duration of your access period, which varies by course type and payment plan.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
Course fees are clearly listed on the website and must be paid prior to access being granted.
Payment may be made in full or via instalment plans, where available.
We do not offer refunds once course access has been granted, unless required by law. Please see our full Refunds & Return Policy
If you experience issues accessing your course, please contact us promptly so we can help.
4. Certification
Our courses are owner-focused educational courses. They are designed to provide practical knowledge and confidence for supporting your own dog at home.
They are not regulated qualifications, do not provide professional accreditation, and do not qualify learners to practise as canine massage therapists or myotherapists.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, text, graphics, and assessments, is the intellectual property of Olivia Whitfield-Heap or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.
6. Student Conduct
We foster a respectful, supportive learning environment. Any form of abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund.
We reserve the right to update course content, assessment formats, or platform features as needed to improve the learning experience.
7. Disclaimer
Our courses are educational and do not replace veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinary surgeon if your dog is injured, unwell, in pain, recovering from surgery, or showing changes in movement, behaviour, or wellbeing.
Practical techniques are intended for general owner education and must be used responsibly. Learners are responsible for ensuring their dog is comfortable, safe, and suitable for any techniques shown.
8. Liability
While we strive to ensure all content is accurate and up to date, we accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of our website, materials, or services.
We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the inappropriate or improper use of techniques or information taught in our courses.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to GDPR compliance. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your personal data.
